Ope! Our time here was pretty nice, just a bit cramped for us in the room, ya know? Breakfast was a delight-had some awesome cappuccinos and fresh cakes. The shower pressure was great! Just wished someone would'a said hello by name, don'tcha know?

We had a wonderful duplex apartment, very nice inside, atmospheric, wooden furniture, full equipment in the kitchen, everything is comfortable. Beautiful bed with a great mattress upstairs plus a large double sofa (although we took apart the sofa ourselves). Perfect bathroom and perfect shower (not a storage boiler, but a running, which is important when in the morning 4 people take a shower and splash all they want) Bathroom equipment new, super faucets (we stopped in two more cities on this trip and all the time missed our first bathroom), have shampoos and other, very good quality. In the kitchen everything is super, cleaning is not imposed for money, like everywhere else! But you have to clean in the kitchen and wash the dishes (dishwasher). Which we did, because a lot of cooking ourselves - after all, next to the Coop with great products. Parking is free. Employees are very nice, painted in detail on a map of how to get to the center. In fact, you only need to get to the escalator trawler (it's 10 minutes), and then it will take you up a hill, right to the city center, where it is very beautiful.
Careful! Very slippery stairs and parquet upstairs! Waxed? It's beautiful, but dangerous. We have to do something about it.

The breakfast choices are extensive with sausages and fruits and cheeses. Next time in Siena, I would love to return.

The Hotel Borgo Grondaie is located on the outskirts of Siena, about seven blocks from the train station . It is located on a large plot of land that some can walk around and enjoy and from there see the city. It has a beautiful swimming pool that can be enjoyed on hot days. The reception and breakfast room are extremely pleasant. A warm and very nice place . The breakfast is very complete. You can enjoy bread, sweets, cold cuts, sweets, etc. A pleasure everything they offer. The room was very nice. Spacious, comfortable, bright. Coffee and tea were available, something sweet to eat and water. It has a safe and a nice desk. The bathroom was spacious and complete. Everything was impeccable. All the staff was very attentive and gave me the necessary directions to move from there to the city. I would gladly stay there again.
Nothing. It was a perfect stay for me. I had already considered the location of the hotel from the moment of booking and to enjoy a space like this you can only do it by leaving the city a little bit.

I was travelling with 2 children aged 12 and 13 so chose this place as it had a large outdoor area and a swimming pool. After spending time in cities it was a welcome change to have greenery and a place to sit outside. If you had a car it would be perfect. We didn't but it was an easy walk into the old city. THe breakfasts were great. Staff were friendly and helpful
Room was a little dark

I liked everything: very attentive staff, swimming pool, roes, walking on the territory, room design, breakfast (a great variety and good service). In the 30-degree heat after walks in Florence seemed like an oasis. Silence and a general sense of coziness... I didn't even want to leave, but I couldn't extend the room, everything was busy.
It takes 20 minutes to get to downtown Siena. There are escalators, but you can't go far. And if you come by train, you better take a taxi. On the map from the station is not far, but to stomp in a slide with suitcases in the heat was quite dubious pleasure.

Loved the spacious apartment with a terrace where I could relax. The grounds were beautifully maintained, with a saltwater pool that felt refreshing after a day of exploring. Breakfast had a great variety. The hot and cold buffet was definitely a highlight. Mr Chan, who managed the breakfast area, was charming, remembering my preferences right away. The location, while a bit far from the old town, was peaceful and surrounded by nature. The 30-minute walk to the city center involved multiple long escalators, which might not be fun for everyone after a long day. The Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent in my room. Despite the minor inconveniences, the overall ambiance and service were nice.

Condition of the room and hotel in general. Great attention/service of the staff.
No English TV channels or rental movies at the appartment availlable. If you are traveling with kids, this would be something nice.
